Brandon Hays

As Living Donor Ambassador for Give to Live Health, Brandon serves patients and their families at the client transplant centers, assisting with outreach and connecting them with living donors.

Brandon has been closely connected to living kidney donation since 2011, when he received a life-saving kidney transplant from his father, Ron. He regularly volunteers with Life Connection of Ohio and the University of Cincinnati, registering new organ donors and mentoring potential transplant recipients. Turning this passion into a full-time opportunity is a dream come true for Brandon.

“When I was considering a career change a few years back, I made a list of the things I care most about. Just under my family was my experience as a kidney transplant recipient. I knew then that serving full-time in the transplant space would be my goal. I’m thrilled to see it come to fruition and to be able to assist patients in their search for a living donor!”

Professionally, Brandon has a background in marketing and communications, spending 17 years in college athletics at the University of Tennessee, University of Memphis, Wright State University, and Northern Kentucky University. He most recently served as Associate Director of Message & Brand with Delta Sigma Pi, a professional business fraternity.
